Alpine Room

The Alpine Room is a spacious, barn-inspired venue with soaring wood-beam ceilings located above the on-site Museum. Ideal for retreats, trainings, or strategic meetings, it accommodates up to 70 guests and is equipped with A/V capabilities, high-speed WiFi, a sound system, and a drop-down projector screen.

Amos Lodge

Amos Lodge combines rustic elegance with modern convenience, offering space for up to 38 guests, with private baths and personal-care amenities. With high-speed WiFi, a cozy lobby, and stunning Cascade Mountain views, this spacious lodge is ideal for large groups and just steps from popular ceremony and event sites.

Business Center

Conveniently located near the main entrance, the Business Center is your first stop for information, check-in, and on-site support. Whether you’re attending an event, lodging overnight, or exploring the farm, our team is here to welcome you and help guide your visit.

Dance Hall

Located on the Great Lawn near the Hippodrome, the Dance Hall offers an intimate, flexible space for small dinners, yoga sessions, meetings, or private event add-ons. With historic charm, A/V equipment, and high-speed WiFi, it’s a popular choice for weddings, retreats, and special activities.

Director’s House

The Director’s House offers intimate group lodging with seven private bedrooms, making it ideal for wedding parties or event guests. Located near the ceremony site and Event Tent, this cozy residence offers privacy, comfort, and convenient access to nearby venues for smaller celebrations.

Elbridge Lodge

Elbridge Lodge offers a warm, rustic retreat for up to 38 guests, with private baths, high-speed WiFi, and personal-care amenities in each room. Its inviting lobby features a gas fireplace and comfortable common space—perfect for large groups gathering near ceremony sites with scenic Cascade Mountain views.

Farmview Kitchen

The Farmview Kitchen is home to our intimate Farmview Dinners, hands-on culinary and butchery workshops, and private group meals. With seating for 40 indoors and seasonal outdoor space for up to 50 guests, this cozy dining center offers sweeping views of the Snoqualmie Valley and a true taste of the farm.

Forest Court (Private Event Tent)

Our Forest Court Event Tent provides a flexible, open-air space perfect for smaller weddings and private gatherings. Located between the Playhouse and Grey Gables, it offers customizable seating, layouts, and décor, with an easy flow between indoor and outdoor areas to create the perfect atmosphere for any occasion.

Grey Gables

Built in 1923, Grey Gables offers six guest rooms arranged around a bright, tiled atrium perfect for private dinners, card games, or group gatherings. With sweeping Snoqualmie Valley views, 8 queen beds, and cozy historic charm, it comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and includes modern comforts like high-speed WiFi.

Hippodrome

Originally built in 1922 as a horse stadium, the Hippodrome is a show-stopping venue listed on the Heritage Barn Register. With stunning wood trusses, a built-in stage, audiovisual capabilities, and seating for up to 400 guests, it’s ideal for large receptions, conferences, and special events.

Nan’s House

An intimate cottage ideal for a honeymoon suite or guest speaker, Nan’s House offers peaceful comfort with a king-sized bed, large jetted soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Conveniently located next to Grey Gables, this one-bedroom retreat is perfect for individuals or couples seeking a quiet, private stay.

The Farmstand

The Farmstand is a semi-outdoor marketplace offering the best of Carnation Farms and our local partners. It features seasonal produce, dairy, preserves, sustainable meats, handmade goods, bath products, and more! It provides a vibrant, community-centered shopping experience that connects guests to local food and craft.
