Various comments from Appendix A of the EIS Scoping Report will be added here as separate topics to discuss. Note that there are 301 comments and some of them are quite long. Not all the comments will be added at this time due to the time and effort it takes to post them as topics.
However, if others wish to contribute to this effort, we ask that you please follow the format you see on the existing ones.
