Thank you for sending us this notice. We have considered the scope of the EIS for this project and
potential impacts to the Tribe’s treaty-protected fisheries resources, and wish to include as part of this scope, an assessment of riparian impacts potentially arising from the project. This should include a complete delineation of the Channel Migration Zone (CMZ) and the 100-year flood plain, and consideration if the project directly or indirectly influences these areas or their associated protection measures afforded by applicable code.
