On December 14, 2023, the City of Puyallup issued a Draft EIS (DEIS) related to the Knutson Farms warehouse complex development. The Knutson Farms warehouse development is in unincorporated Pierce County. A full copy of the DEIS report is [available here (67MB)]. Two public meetings will be held in January to share information regarding the analysis and mitigation in the DEIS, answer questions and receive public comment.
